If you are a member of a darts Association you will be able to automatically receive local darts news by secure e-mail from your Association if you choose to.
You do not need to be a member of a Darts Association to add your information or receive tournament news. Just sign up here.
Decide who can see your information then set your own privacy levels. If you want to get news by email you can choose what type of news you want to receive.
Your email address is NEVER shown on this website anywhere. All news is sent through a secure message system that does not reveal your email address to the sender.
Any dart player can automatically receive region wide darts news by e-mail if they choose to. (see also FAQ)

Services for sponsors
We can provide a mini-website to any company sponsoring a darts association or tournament for $100 per year. Each mini-site includes a contact system, a payment system and up to 5 editable web pages.
We accept sponsorship from any company contributing to, or involved in the Southwestern darts scene.
Examples:
- hotels, bars and resaurants, offering hospitality to dart players during tournaments
- dart equipment suppliers
- companies sponsoring or aiding local Dart Associations
- any bar, restaurant or club that allows darts to be played on the premises

Advertising
Yes we will accept advertising as long as it is of interest to dart players.
You can advertise on a specific page or in the "Resources and messages" column which appears on every page.
We will not accept Ads for adult sites, sites selling pharmaceuticals, or sites with illegal content, etc. If we accept an Ad for a website that later violates these conditions, we reserve the right to remove the Ad without notice.

Free Services for Dart Associations. [ FAQ ]
| Services are available free to dart associations in Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas and Utah.
Darts Associations can add their information free.
We provide a free contact page and a mini-website to each Association. An easy to use control panel allows you to send messages to your members, spread tournament news, and keep your pages up to date. see below |

Tournament news and PDF Flyers
Associations can use our Tournament section for posting and distributing Tournament news and PDF Flyers. By clicking a few buttons, you can add your tournament details, upload your PDF flyer to our site and Email the details and the flyer link to all opt-in members and associations.

- Contact page
If you choose not to make a home page the Contact page appears automatically. It includes main Association contact info, Contact info for two main contacts and a secure e-mail message sender.
- Member's Message Board
You and your members can post messages here if you like. You can keep people informed of what's going on. Messages last 30 days then they get deleted automatically.
- Members list page
This page shows a list of your members with an optional picture and some blurb. You can add the members names very quickly yourself or get your members to add their own information.
If you already have your own website, we provide cut and paste code which will enable you to make the members list appear on your site. Ask your webmaster.
- Players league statistics
After your players names are added to the members list they will appear in the "Stats Table" too. This table shows Played, Won, Lost, %Won and Quality points for each player. The stats table is quick and easy to update regularly.

- Online payments system
To use this you need a free paypal account. Just add your PayPal login address and you will be able to receive online payments. You can also add payment by check etc. instructions on this page.
- Home web page you can make this yourself or ask for help.
Our online webpage editor lets you add pictures and text easily to make a web page. If you have used Microsoft Word or similar programs you will find it easy enough to use for simple page layout. If you know how to use HTML, you can switch to HTML mode to create your pages. If you get stuck and/or want help please get in touch.
- Four extra web pages you can make yourself
Associations can use their mini-site Admin panel to keep their web pages up to date, send e-mail to members and other Assoctiations, put up latest league standings, put up and circulate tournament information or other darts related content.

Q/ Can I use my own domain name?
Yes you can use your own domain name!
If you have your own domain name Eg. "www.yourdartassoc.com" we can point it at your web pages here. We can give you the info you need to do this yourself or sort it out some other way. You can get a domain name for about $10 per year at godaddy.com.
We can also give you a free subdomain name if you want one. Eg. "wsda.nmdarts.com" or "mvda.nmdarts.com".

You can also use the regular page address too. Eg: instead of "mvda.nmdarts.com" you can use "www.nmdarts.com/lascruces/index.php"
Q/ Why is everything free? What's the catch?
There is no catch. I was asked to make this site by Wayne Schaffer (ADO Regional Director for New Mexico). He asked me because I make web based systems, applications and websites. I also own a web hosting company so I don't have to pay for anything.
After the New Mexico associations were signed up, we decided to extend the range of the site to a few other states. Next, Delilah Hartmaier (WSDA, Alamogordo) said she had dart playing friends all accross the southwest, so I figured it was best to include all the southwestern states.
It's free because the only cost is the time it takes me to run the site, and I do that in my spare time. On the otherhand, if you know anyone who might pay for sponsor sites here, or stand alone websites or web based systems (see left) then "Hooray!" please tell them to get in touch. I will give them a great deal. :-)
In the event that this site does start costing too much I will just get a sponsor or some advertisers. However, even if I do, their Ads will not appear on Association mini-sites, just on NMDARTS main pages.
Q/ Is it safe to add Email addresses?
Yes! The only unprotected information is players names, nicknames and the blurb they may choose to include on the members list page. Everything else is protected by privacy level settings.
Email addresses can never be seen on the website anywhere. In fact they never leave the server.
You need to Opt-In to receive mail. Bulk Email can only be sent by Associations and they must log-in first. Even so they can not see the e-mail address of the people they send messages and tournament news to, and it is only sent to those who have Opted-In.
All email is sent by a secure server-side system. Therefore, no Spammers can get hold of your Email address. If you get unwanted or inappropriate messages from an association please report it!
Q/ Can I still make an association website if I don't know anything about making websites?
You can add text to your pages very easily. If you know how to make web graphics you can add pictures and logos easily too. However if you want some help just give me a call (Cell: 305 609 8506) or send me an Email. I will be happy to help you with graphics and layout free of charge.
Q/ Will my web pages appear in Google and other search engines?
Yes! All Association pages, and all NMDARTS.COM pages are optimised for search engines. I have tried my best to optimise for all the most popular search terms. A complete list of search terms and a Google Ranking Checker is available on the Home page. Give it a try. Most (maybe all) of the searches put pages here in the top ten results and frequently at position number one. Eg. See: "Darts Las Cruces"
Q/ Is the site only for registered ADO players and Associations?
NO! Any darts league or association can sign up. Any darts player can sign up.
Q/ Is the site only for steel-tip dart Associations?
No! We now provide services for soft-tip Leagues or Associations. But most of the site's content so far, concerns Steel Tip Darts. If you are a soft-tip player interested in steel-tip darts you can sign up to receive news if you like.
